Job Description
1) Assist cross functional BTO team as well as PMO team by providing the right input and work cohesively with project members. Ability to provide SAP R2R, O2C and P2P related inputs & architecture discussion is an added advantage.
2) Drive & deliver medium scale SAP transformations projects by connecting the end-to-end cycle & familiar with scoping, planning & latest agile Tools like JIRA.
3) Prior Hands-on experience in managing stakeholders is a must. Effective Stakeholder Management is a key for this position.
4) Adheres to company policies and IT governance processes. These may include SOX procedures, FDA procedures, IT security and project management processes
5) Demonstrated ability to drive projects. Experience with project management and systems implementation methodologies. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization, should be self-driven.
6) Demonstrate leadership in implementing best practices & ability to work independently is a must.
Skills & Experience Required:
1) Interact with project/delivery teams on regular basis to provide guidance to deliver channel and acquisition projects in timely manner.
2) Experience in implementing Solutions using Agile methodology.
3) Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills & interact action with project/delivery teams on regular basis to provide guidance to deliver channel & acquisition projects in a timely manner.
4) Self-Driven, extremely goal-oriented, innovative and a quick learner, adapts easily to new situations/challenges and work independently with business users and manage multiple assignments.
Preferred:
1) Strong experience in Project Management is desirable.
2) Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting with 5+years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in 3) Finance & Accounting with 3+ years of experience. CPA/MBA Finance background are preferred.
3) Hands on experience in SAP FICO & integration knowledge with Logistics modules especially SAP SD and SAP MM modules is an added advantage
