Salesforce Development Solution Planning Lead

Project Role Description :

Interprets and translates client requirements into a solution configured from a standard set of offerings. Drives the sign-off on the solution and interfaces with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services, and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs.

Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities : 

1-Ensures alignment across client expectations, contracts, financials, solutions, and our capability to deliver

2-Captures and manage platform level Client Expectations along with Identifying associated risks, including gaps or misalignments, concerning the platform and carrying risk assessment for mega deals

3-Also responsible for managing strategic partnerships with the respective platform vendors in the regions with a focus on driving services revenue

Technical Experience : 

16 years IT experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem Should have played a similar role in Salesforce or any other cloud technology

Professional Attributes : 

Experience with more than one product within the Salesforce ecosystem Good to have Experience in Agile methodology and experience in working on Agile projects

Educational Qualification : 

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
