R&D Staff Software Development Engineer 1 (Java)

Minimum Qualifications:

• JAVA Software Development on Cloud-native product
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Reactive Programming, MongoDB, Angular, Spring Boot, etc.
• Experience in Kafka, ABAM, etc. will be a plus.
• Technical mentoring to help the team achieve their goals and enhance their skills.
• Technical Leadership to make the team accelerate our technical objectives and provide guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong exposure to working in large enterprise-grade components with the ability to manage E2E delivery.  
• In-depth Experience in Microservices based Cloud Native architecture with Java background and exposure to digital transformation and digital technologies.
• Good exposure to working with large enterprise-grade components.
• Good experience and understanding of working in an agile environment.
• Good understanding of DevOps processes (CI/CD pipeline)
• Fintech or lending domain experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships, and achieve broader organizational goals.
• Self-starter, who can take initiative and get things done.
