Job Description
Primary responsibilities:
Project management: The person will be responsible for managing the integration from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include developing a project plan, actively monitoring and reporting progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues that may arise during the integration process.
Integration Design: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand merchant requirement and support integration solution
Troubleshoot and Support: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely support and assistance to resolve any integration related issues
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and update documents to provide best in class integration experience
Basic Qualifications:
1) 2-4 years of experience as a Program manager or a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of project management skills
2) Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
3) Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, are also essential.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve integration-related issues and bottlenecks.
4) Curiosity and willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques through self-learning.
Preferred qualifications:
1) Experience in e-commerce or fintech firms
2) A good understanding of integration concepts and technologies. Familiarity with APIs is highly desirable
