Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Technical ERP Cloud Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of overall experience, specifically in managing multiple Oracle ERP Cloud projects with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM). The candidate should possess extensive technical knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules, as well as a proven track record of successful project delivery within large organizations. The primary responsibility of the Oracle Technical ERP Cloud Project Manager will be to lead and manage end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring successful project delivery, meeting stakeholder expectations, and achieving business objectives.

Job Requirements:

Overall experience of 15+ years with Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in Oracle ERP Cloud.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and enhancement projects with a focus on SCM.
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules, with expertise in SCM functionalities and knowledge of finance modules is a plus.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and Oracle ERP Cloud (e.g., Oracle Cloud SCM Certification) is a plus.
