 Qualification & Experience

  • 10 - 12 years of experience leading and managing team
  • E-Commerce Customer Service or management experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office, Internet search skills

  • Domestic & International Flight post-sales support experience
  • First principle thinking to solve customer issues
  • Understanding of Customer data to draw actionable insights
