Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in the IT/software industry with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Netsuite
- 5+ years as Functional and Support roles
- Must have strong functional knowledge of O2C, P2P, MFG, R2R process and flows
- Must have experience with Netsuite Workflows, fields, saved searches, forms, roles/permissions, custom objects, reports and dashboards
- Experience with other SaaS/Cloud ERP, CRM systems like Salesforce, Oracle cloud application, etc is a plus
- Strong communication skill
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the support team, mentor and motivate team members during both the stressful times and the slow times on the job
- Perform quality reviews of support tickets responded by the support team (functional/technical) along with validating the project documents like functional requirement, technical design, deployment documents.
- Ability to offer alternative approaches to achieve the business request
- Identify creative ways to uncover and report defects
- Monitor and Manage Integrations
- Work with Technical Team’s to Support the BI Tool
- Participate in SOX Audit
- Able to lead Process Improvements
- Participate in performing/leading Netsuite release upgrade testing
- Identifies risk and creates plans to mitigate it
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in evening hours (2pm to 11pm IST)
