Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build highly skilled team in India who can take a primary role in managing infrastructure functions from South Asia region.
- Partner with IT and Business leadership to create a strategic roadmap to improve service reliability and enhancing service capabilities.
- Create a change management process to enhance business value and eliminate business impact.
- Continuously assess all areas of infrastructure from an outside-in and industry perspective to influence change.
- Manage capacity and scale of various aspects of infrastructure to ensure service availability and scale.
- Contribute to all aspect of infrastructure operations lifecycle process.
- Continuously track key performance indicators, publish goals and achieve the same.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience managing and building IT infrastructure
- 10+ years of leading high-performance teams
- Indepth knowledge of a large scale HPC environment
- Indepth knowledge of all aspects of IT infrastructure
- Proven capability to translate business requirements into strategic programs and initiatives
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to guide teams to develop effective solutions
- Proven ability to identify and establish value metrics
- Exceptional project organization and management ability
