Finance Manager

Job Description:

1. Ongoing interaction with auditees to develop an understanding of business processes and updates
2. Assist in determining internal audit scope and development of annual plans
3. Obtain, analyze, and evaluate documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
4. Perform full audit cycle over operations effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
5. Document process and prepare audit findings report
6. Conduct follow-up audits to monitor the implementation
7. Provide inputs to operating departments to improve internal efficiencies based on best practices and observations made during audits
8. Act as an objective source of independent observation to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement
9. Assist in the review of SOPs,
10. Assist in the review of the risk management framework, process, mitigation actions, etc.
11. Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings where possible
12. Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards
