Skill : Finance & Accounting

Experience : 1 to 8 Years

• Good understanding of Journal entries & GL Reconciliations, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Financial Controls , Audits

• Ability to handle to month end activities independently

• Fair Understanding of accounting standards and controls

• Hands-on Knowledge of SAP will be preferred

• Exposure of working in MS office

• Good accounting knowledge & communication skills (Oral & written) 

• Good understanding of Treasury portfolio, cash & bank related transactions, Cashflows, Fx transactions - remittances & repatriations, ICO transactions etc. 

• Proactively identify and mitigate process risks, address escalations, improve & implement best practices

• Effective management of SLAs & KPIs 

• Good understanding of accounting concepts & basic knowledge of IFRS

• Should have worked in SAP platform, and an expert in MS-Excel tools.

• Good communication skills (Oral & written)

• Experience of working with global clients

• B.Com/M.com/CA(Inter)/MBA (Finance).
