Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Preferably having experience of customer service in a content moderation environment
  • Should be fluent in below foreign language with a minimum of B2 level proficiency in R/W/S from any reputed institute.
  • Spanish + English (R/W/S)
  • Italian + English (R/W/S)
  • French + English (R/W/S)
  • Brazilian Portuguese + English (R/W/S)
  • German + English(R/W/S)
  • Russian + English (R/W/S)
  • Ukranian + English (R/W/S)

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • To be able to follow process SOP/guidelines for every service transaction.
  • To be able to comprehend the ask accurately and follow protocol for resolution including recording notes on specified format and re-routing to L2 support as and when needed as per SOP.
  • Highly accountable for the scope of defined KRA and beyond, to ensure best experience for both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and judgment skills.
  • Aptitude to comprehend articles and good analytical skills
  • Interest in current affairs/news is preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • A flexible mindset to be able to accommodate any change which may be shift/process/product etc.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining needed reports.
  • Should be able to able to read, write and speak (Language, English )
  • Good Knowledge on Internet
  • The ability to work in 24*7 shifts
  • 5 day working, rotational weekly off
  • The ability to work in a team environment & contribute
  • Excellent navigational and multi-tasking skills on the computer
  • Good Listening/Understanding Skills
  • Handle queries/troubleshooting on assigned reviews within Service Level Agreement
  • Should be ok to deal with egregious/sensitive content.
