Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, topics, and keywords relevant to the SaaS industry.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Generate high-quality written and visual content, including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, infographics, videos, etc.
  • Manage content calendar, ensuring consistent delivery of valuable and relevant content to our audience.
  • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, maintains a consistent tone, and meets industry standards.
  • Content Distribution and Promotion:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel distribution strategies to maximize content reach and engagement.
  • Utilize social media, email marketing, partnerships, and other relevant channels to promote content effectively.
  • Content Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools to measure engagement, conversion, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports on content effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product, etc.) to ensure alignment of content with overall marketing strategies and product initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external partners and influencers for co-creation and amplification of content.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing best practices, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed content decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique content ideas.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
