Job description:

• Education and Background:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, demonstrating a solid understanding of business processes and analysis.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
• Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to analyze complex business scenarios.
• Capability to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable components for analysis and resolution.
• Business Domain Knowledge:
• Familiarity with the specific industry or domain the company operates in (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.).
• Understanding of relevant business terminology, processes, and challenges within the industry.
• Requirements Elicitation and Documentation:
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, both functional and non-functional, from stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and concise specifications for technical teams.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and management.
• Skill in facilitating meetings, workshops, and discussions to align business goals with technical solutions.
• Data Analysis:
• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques to extract insights and support decision-making.
• Proficiency in using tools like Excel for data manipulation and basic analysis.
• Process Mapping and Improvement:
• Ability to map current and future business processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean is a plus.
• Technical Understanding:
