Associate Product Manager-ERP Implementation

What You’ll Do:

•    Tax Compliance Skill: Gain good knowledge about indirect tax regulations and their impact on Epicor ERP, then incorporate them into the solution.

•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer support teams to ensure the successful launch of new features.

•    Documentation: Create detailed product requirements, specifications to guide the development team.

•    Feature Development: Collaborate with the product development team to define, prioritize, and manage features that address local requirements.

•    Testing and Validation: Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that CSF features are tested and validated.

•    Sales Enablement – Create standard presentations and demo scripts and support Pre-sales.

•    Market Research: Continuously monitor and analyze changes in tax laws and regulations within the regions where Epicor ERP solutions are deployed.

•    User Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to identify pain points related to CSF and translate them into actionable CSF improvements.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

•    3+ years of relevant experience in the field of product management within an ERP environment.

•    Proven experience in ERP implementation, with adequate exposure to tax compliance requirements.

•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

•    Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Pivot Tables, Project) and Microsoft SharePoint.
