They should be able to identify root causes, apply troubleshooting methodologies, and provide timely and effective solutions to customers.
  4. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are important for effectively interacting with customers. Technical Support Engineers should have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, actively listen to customer concerns, and provide empathetic and helpful assistance.
