- Experience: 9-14 years in software engineering.
- Technical Leadership: Demonstrated experience in providing technical leadership, architectural design, and mentoring of junior engineers.
- Full-Stack Expertise: Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, contributing to the full-stack development process.
- Architectural Design: Ability to design and implement complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling complex technical challenges.
