We are seeking a talented Software Engineer who is energized by solving difficult challenges and achieving a high bar. To you, building software isn’t just a job. This is your career and you thrive on providing the world with technical solutions that solve real problems. As an Engineer, you will work closely with other Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers as part of an empowered product team to plan and build products from ideation to delivery. Ideal candidates have experience developing scalable, resilient, and performant cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating distributed, cloud-based systems that are observable and resilient

• Robust programming and software engineering skills (If you don’t know Ruby, that’s ok! You just have to be open and willing to learn)

• Good communication and code review skills

• Have an intrinsic curiosity to learn and take our products to the next level

• You are a self-starter that can identify opportunities and tackle them

Responsibilities

• Design and build quality software with the goal of deploying to production at least once per day

• Review on-deck user stories and estimate their size as part of sprint planning

• Perform code reviews and provide meaningful feedback to your team

• Work with your team to adjust processes and methodologies to help your team thrive

• Keep your skills sharp by staying on top of industry trends

                                 Database: PostgreSQL, Redis, Snowflake

                                 Build Deploy Pipeline: Github, Github Actions
