  1. Salesforce Development Expertise: The candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce development and customization, with hands-on experience in building and implementing Salesforce solutions. They should be proficient in various aspects of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, workflows, and integrations.
  2. Technical Consulting Experience: The candidate should have a track record of providing technical consulting services to clients or stakeholders. They should be able to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide recommendations and best practices for Salesforce implementation and customization.
  3. Solution Design and Architecture: The candidate should have experience in designing and architecting scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. They should be able to analyze business requirements, define system architecture, and design solutions that align with Salesforce best practices, considering scalability, performance, and security aspects.
  4. Salesforce Certifications: It is desirable for the candidate to hold relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (PD I and PD II), Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. These certifications validate the candidate's knowledge and expertise in Salesforce development and administration.
  5. Integration and Data Migration: The candidate should have experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or other integration tools. They should be familiar with common integration patterns and have knowledge of data migration strategies and tools to ensure seamless data transfer and synchronization between Salesforce and other systems.
  6. Strong Problem-Solving Skills: The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues, propose solutions, and troubleshoot problems in Salesforce implementations. They should be able to diagnose and resolve issues related to configuration, customization, integration, or data management.
  7. Project Management and Leadership: The candidate should have experience in leading technical projects and managing the development lifecycle. They should be able to work independently, manage priorities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
  8. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: The candidate should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. They should be able to lead client meetings, conduct workshops, and deliver presentations on technical solutions and recommendations.
  9. Continuous Learning and Adaptability: The candidate should demonstrate a passion for learning and staying updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends. They should be adaptable to evolving technologies and able to quickly learn and apply new concepts in Salesforce development.
