Things you would do:

1. Work on highly interactive React app with video, live streaming, real-time engagement, etc
2. Handle backend with thousands of concurrent users on large-scale events
3. Optimizing app performance and building for low-latency and efficient bundle size
4. Follow best practices to build high-quality apps with unit testing
5. Modern stack with React, Redux, Java 11, Postgres, Redis
6. Collaborate with engineers and designers in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
7. Passion for clean and appropriately tested code

Things we need:

1. 4-6 years of experience as Full Stack engineer
2. Self-starter, able to own a product and manage it end to end and deliver projects on time meeting high-quality standards
3. Good experience in at least one of React and Java is mandatory
4. Key expertise in React/Angular or similar frontend frameworks
5. Expertise in backend development - Java/Python/Node/.NET etc
6. Well-rounded Full-Stack developer with exposure to all layers of application and development
7. Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript
8. Strong working knowledge of Relational databases like Postgres, MySQL
9. Strong in both high-level and low-level system design
10. Strong understanding of different software development practices, infrastructure

Nice to Have:

• Experience with WebRTC, Live Streaming, or other related video technologies
• Previously worked at high-growth Indian startups and/or startup founders highly preferred
