Job Description
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required. Many Product Managers also have advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or master's in a related field), which can be preferred but not always mandatory.
- Product Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Product Management role is required. This experience may include launching and managing products or features through their lifecycle.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the logistics, e-commerce, or related industry can be beneficial, as Delhivery operates in the logistics and supply chain space.
- Market Research: Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with the company's goals and customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate product requirements, updates, and strategies to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of analytics tools or data analysis techniques is valuable.
- Technical Knowledge: While not always required, having a technical background or understanding of technology concepts can be beneficial, especially when working on technology-related products.
- Project Management: Experience in project management methodologies and tools to oversee product development and launch.
- User-Centered Approach: A focus on understanding user needs and delivering user-centric solutions.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, and provide guidance to achieve product goals.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find creative solutions.
- Agile/Scrum: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum, and experience working in an Agile environment.
