You are responsible for:

• Be a Subject Matter Expert is SailPoint IdentityIQ. Technically lead to deliver Sailpoint projects
• Ensure all critical applications are integrated with Sailpoint for access management.
• Understand the business requirements, come up with solution design and implement them quickly.
• Own and execute Sailpoint projects end to end.
• Provide technical guidance to the support teams
• Review the artifacts developed by various projects and ensure that only quality deliverables are deployed in QA and Prod.
• Strong operational experience demonstrating an ability to act with grace under pressure

You are a part of:

• IAM team which has deep understanding of process, technology and domain and use their knowledge proactively to improve the security posture and implement IAM processes.
• To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
• BE/B.Tech at a minimum, in an appropriate engineering, computing science or other technical degree focus.

Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on software delivery, design, and development experience in IAM
• Strong (at least 5 years) experience with design, development, integration, deployment, and maintenance of Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
• Experience with Sailpoint IIQ connectors
• Strong (at least 5 years) experience in Java/J2EE
• Experience with application servers (like Tomcat ) and database (like SQL)
• Ability to work under pressure and provide technical support during crisis
• Ability to do the code review and control the quality of project deliverables
• Demonstrated competency with ITIL practices and methodologies (ServiceNow – Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management).
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure design, architecture and applications

• Excellent Communication Skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and partners.
