  • Experience:Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Incident Management or related roles.
  • Skills:Profound expertise in managing incidents, including diagnosis, resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple incidents efficiently.
  • In-depth understanding and application of ITIL methodologies.
  • Strong escalation management skills and the ability to handle critical situations.
  • Certifications:Certification or training in ITIL is mandatory.
  • Availability:Capable of working in a 24x7 operational setup to manage incidents round the clock.
  • Working Mode: Hybrid
  • Function: Customer Service
