Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager

Responsibilities:



• Account Segmentation: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify and prioritize target accounts for ABM campaigns based on data-driven insights and account potential.
• ABM Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies that encompass personalized content, multi-channel marketing, and account-specific initiatives to generate leads and accelerate opportunities.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate and launch integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, events, webinars, and targeted advertising.
• Analytics and Measurement: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven improvements.
• Sales Alignment: Foster strong relationships with the Sales team to ensure alignment on account strategy, campaign execution, and follow-up efforts.
• Requirements:
• Experience: Min of 2 years proven experience in Account-Based Marketing or a related role, ideally within the B2B SaaS industry.
• Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective ABM strategies that drive business growth and customer success.
• Collaborative: Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing tools.
• Innovative Thinker: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies, bringing new ideas to the team to continuously improve ABM practices.
