What will you do?

- Create visual & animated webpage layouts for CleverTap’s Marketing efforts that will enable higher Engagement and MQLs

- Create wireframes, storyboards, screen flows and high-fidelity dev ready prototypes

- Work with Frontend Developers to ensure proper implementation and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision and style guide

- Work with Product Managers to understand product problems

- Conduct User Research with internal teams and end users

- Work with the design team ensure the correct design elements and quality is met 

- Quality testing the product before go-live

What are we looking for?

Must Have:

- 3+ years of relevant design experience

- Strong empathy towards the end users and passion to solve problems by creating delightful user experiences- Proficiency in Adobe XD and Figma 

- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop 

- A deep understanding of user-centered design process and interface design methodologies

- Understanding of technical possibilities and limitations as well as business strategies and goals

- Knowledge of the industry’s latest UX trends and technologies

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Portfolio of work that reflects the skills as a User Experience Designer

- Degree in Design 

Good to Have:-

Exposure and experience working on B2B SaaS products- Knowledge of App design- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Vue.js
