Job Description

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage a team of Software Developers, QA's, UI developers, and Technical leads at various levels to deliver high-quality technical solutions and products to some of our large enterprise client(s).
A person would be responsible for delivering multiple projects in parallel on time with high quality
A person would be responsible for the local team management, mentorship, and delivery responsibility.
A person would be responsible for working closely with customers and ensuring deliveries are made per customer business needs
Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies.
Issue management and resolution
Manage risk-tracking process
Monitor and manage scope, milestones, effort, and defects within agreed KPI and SLA
Manage all documentation
Foster partnerships with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
Participate in interview drives
Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in Python, PySpark, SQL, Teradata, Hive, AWS

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Exposure to onsite-offshore work model

• Skills in developing applications using multi-tier architecture

• Development and implementation experience across various cloud PaaS solutions such as Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure

• Experience with one or more of the following databases: Cassandra, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other NoSQL technologies.

• Experience working with deployment and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos, and Ansible.

• Exposure to Agile and waterfall methodologies and working with tools like JIRA & Confluence
