In This Role, You Will:

• Managing end-to-end employee hire to retire lifecycle for permanent & contractual workforce from process and employee experience perspective
• Own the employee Onboarding/BGV/new hire orientation process 
• Managing Time off & Absence for India employees
• Managing multiple employee databases and HRIS 
• Managing employee’s queries received via emails & ticketing system
• Managing payroll inputs as per the payroll calendar and ensuring data accuracy
• Managing exit process from system as well as from full and final settlement perspective. Vendor management
• Managing non payroll related compliance

Here's What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Overall 10+ years of experience in a fast paced, full life cycle HR generalist environment with a rapidly growing company.
• Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
• Workday experience is must.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the stakeholders to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
• Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as part of a motivated, high-performance HR Systems Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to communicate well with all levels of people
