Job Description

If you are our Business Operations Specialist, you will have a chance to


  • Manage and execute end-2-end partner payment reconciliation process, perform various analyses, and offer insights.
  • Perform excess and obsolescence analysis and reporting periodically
  • Perform parts valuation, standard setting, various operational reporting, and analysis, and execute day-to-day operational activities, for regional and/or global business units.
  • Own partner payment reconciliation application that enables effective partner payment recons.
  • Produce reports using various IT systems/tools and analyze data to develop trends for various activities; articulate findings to management, position their impacts and perform what-if simulations.
  • Collaborate with regional and global business teams and finance teams to perform standard setting, parts valuation, and enhance current business processes.
  • Report and help review performance metrics regularly, and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Research and analyze priority projects within established guidelines.
  • Communicate requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.
  • Provide training or general direction for junior staff members.


Are you a high performer? We are looking for an individual with


  • First-level university degree (Engineering or Finance preferred)
  • 10-14 years of experience in supply chain function with a strong understanding of partner payment reconciliation, inventory management in particular excess and obsolescence, pricing and its impact on spend and inventory valuation.
  • Advanced level of SQL / Ms-Access skills (expert level of SQL / Ms-Access will be a plus) is a must
  • Very strong Analytical and Data Modelling skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling
  • Vocal in challenging “business as usual operating models” and recommending innovative processes/solutions for the services supply chain domain
  • Strong Project Management skills to lead cross-functional teams; recognized as Subject Matter Expert.
  • Ability to interact effectively through exceptional communication and possess presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Very strong influencing skills combined with proven relationship management skills who can work in a matrix environment
  • Customer Support and Services Supply Chain knowledge will be a plus
