Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Grow our team of engineers through coaching, mentoring, and leading by example with hands on development
- Facilitate collaboration with engineering team, product management, and designers.
- Support and guide feature design and implementation to bring the product to the next level.
- Participate in continuous and iterative engineering cycles with emphasis on code quality, supportability, scalability, and performance.
- Interface with Support to handle customer escalation issues.
Requirements:
- 5+ years hands--on software development experience
- Experience with C# (preferably) or other object oriented programming language
- Experience in one of the following technologies: AWS, Azure.
- Experience in Identity Management concepts in a production/commercial environment and expertise with web services (e.g. REST, SOAP).
- Proficient understanding of SQL and relationship databases.
- Solid understanding of security and networking implementation and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrate ability to complete highly detailed tasks with strict attention to detail, quality, and timeliness. Strong organizational and self-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
