Software Engineer

Responsibilities: 

·       Build and maintain new cloud-native services, API, and systems and iterate on existing services. 

·       Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and customer support teams to engineer end-to-end solutions. 

·       Improve processes, tooling, and engineering standards. 

·       Experience in designing automation software from the ground up, choosing the right infrastructure components, evaluating both open source and closed source software. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

·       4+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree (or above) in Computer Science or a related field. 

·       Proficient in programming languages like Java, Go, Python, etc. 

·       Experience designing and implementing highly scalable services and REST APIs. 

·       Experience working with relational databases, document databases, cloud database services, data warehouses, distributed caches, including MySQL, CloudSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, Redis, Spanner, etc. 

·       Experience creating and managing the automated build, test, and deployment environments using technologies like Docker, Helm, Terraform, Gitlab, etc.  

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Understanding of CI/CD methodologies. 

·       Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform / Amazon Web Services.  

·       Experience with Kubernetes in production use cases and running applications. 

·       Strong working knowledge of testing fundamentals.
