Senior Test Engineer

Position Description:

• Writing/executing test cases.
• Experience in identifying/logging defects.
• Experience in automated test tools and experience with the test lifecycle.
• Exposure to SQL and experience in database testing.
• Identifies test scope, and test requirements, and coordinates/manages test cycles.
• Writes test plans, and conducts walkthroughs of test deliverables.
• Documents the risk and works to create a risk mitigation plan.
• Provides root cause identification analysis and reports.
• Provides test trend reports.
• Works with the project team to recommend go/no go to production.
• Ensures test artifacts meet the client’s requirements.
• Defines and creates detailed training plans and co-ordinates training sessions when required.
• Liaises with stakeholders and project teams.
• Organizes, prepares and distributes communication plans.
