Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the SAP Sub Service line at India GDCExecute the vision and strategy for the Partner Business Solutions Global Service LineCommunicate regularly with Global Service lines and support service incubation at India GDCMaintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP ecosystem, including ECC and S/4HANA, current and emerging technologies, industry verticals, and new areasPartner with global business stakeholders across company to raise awareness of India GDCs SAP capabilityEngage with cross functional teams from Delivery, Human Resources, other Service Lines, Technology and others in the management of day to day activities associated with Partner Business Solutions service line, in general, and SAP Sub Service Line, in particularTeam-up with local ecosystem of providers, developers, local center teams, sales teams and services providers to progress opportunitiesPeople & Process:oExecution of workforce strategy Bench Management Attrition Management Appraisal Management Training & Upskilling Administrating staff Attract, Retain, Grow Expert Consultants Career Development/Mentoring People Management Process creation and streamlining Trainee hiring Support in fulfillment Project Delivery Methodology Support Technology & Offerings;oProvide support to CoE/UVance for New Services Launch and Incubation Service Catalog development Creating new offering Technical roadmapoService maturity analysis Define the Best Practices Service Models execution Cost Models execution Transition of Services Develop reusable components Transformation and automation plan executionService Management:oStandardization IP Globalization Shared Services Adoption Develop Best Practices Operational Audits Operations Management Optimization and Utilization of ResourcesESAT Case Study and Presentations for Service Lines RFP support and approvals. Establishing Shared service/Managed services teams workng across regionsShared Services Delivery Oversight, Escalation management. Understand and optimize the P&LoP & L Management at SSL levels Budgeting at SSL level Bench cost management at SSL level Capacity planning Account mining support Required skills: Full time Degree or equivalent work experience15 years experience in SAP with minimum 5 years of experience in Practice and/or Competency ManagementStrong technical expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 and a good knowledge/expertise of SAP S/4HANAStrong client handling experience with excellent communication skills, high level of personal integrity, Interpersonal and relationship development skillsMust be able to collaborate and engage with required stakeholders on such areas ability to plan w.r.t. strategic goals, direct and control SAP programs and initiatives able to work independently with minimum supervision communicate with Stakeholders (both Internal & External) for SAP and other ERP areasSkillful in identifying customer needs and establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
