Key Responsibilities

You will be a key member of our support model primarily accountable for the day to day management of support issues and requests and become a subject matter expert on all applications that we support. Your work is essential for the smooth running of business processes and your responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot and solve incidents so the business can get to work.
  • Complete support requests within the SLA - interact with users on a day-to-day basis.
  • Perform Root cause analysis and propose fixes thereby help avoid re-occurrence of issues.
  • Help the team with peer reviews and validation thereby acting as a gate review for moving changes LIVE.
  • Deploying changes to Production (If support role)
  • Developing solutions and packing for production deployment (if developer role)
  • Work with vendors of SaaS platforms like Microsoft and Nintex to raise and get issues resolved; raise feature enhancement requests.
  • Collaborate with people from other teams across the business.
  • Automate repetitive manual tasks.
  • Document support procedures

Essential skills

  • 4-7 years' experience supporting or developing SharePoint customizations and workflow solutions.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint customizations involving JavaScript, PowerShell, Client-Side Object Model (CSOM).
  • Knowledge of low code development platforms and workflow solution: Power Platform and Nintex
  • Demonstratable examples of personal success.
  • Great communication skills

Desirable skills

  • Have Finance industry experience.
  • Have used Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket
  • Have worked in an agile environment.
  • Have previously worked in Production application support.
  • C# development experience
