Senior PDM Manager

Responsibilities:

• Defines product vision and strategy, leveraging a deep understanding of the customer experience and competitive market.   
• Building consensus on product strategy/vision across all functions and aligning with internal/external partners to achieve defined goals and vision for product/ service feature area(s)   
• Identifying short-and long-term investment opportunities, evaluating tradeoffs, and driving the product roadmap.   
• Leads a team of exceptional Product Managers 
• Defines the feature set and iterates with multiple designs with Design and Engineering.   
• Engaging customers to capture feedback, develop insights, evangelize, and educate  
• Works across all stages of the product lifecycle from product definition, planning, release, modifications, maintenance, and feature deprecation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Engineering. (Advanced technical degree or MBA a plus)  
• 8+ years of professional technical product management 
• 4+ years of people management experience 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a strategic orientation.  
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with remote teams.  
• Strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making.  
• Strong focus on delivering end-to-end customer value.  
• Demonstrated leadership and exceptional cross-team skills.
