Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Architect and build a solution to enable seamless mobility of applications across hypervisors and public cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Develop a deep understanding of complex distributed systems, and design innovative solutions for customer requirements.
- Maintain and build on existing Linux and/or Windows kernel drivers.
- Work on performance, scaling out, and resiliency of applications in different environments.
- Work closely with development, test, documentation, and product management teams to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage with customers and support when needed to solve production issues.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 8-12 years of experience as a file systems/device driver developer, systems developer
- Love of programming and rock-solid in one or more languages: Go, C, C++, Java, ideally for enterprise-quality software
- Experience developingLinuxx and/or Windows kernel drivers
- Ability and willingness to learn and work on control plane software, cloud technologies
Big Plus:
- Knowledge and/or experience in
- Windows FS and volume filter drivers, NTFS internals, Application service,e and kernel interaction, Debugging and Logging of driver code.
- Linux VFS and kernel modules, volume filter drivers, understand ext/xfs internals
