Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand Affle’s mTraction Enterprise platform to build the overall marketing and communication strategy for the global market.
- Create opportunities for brand awareness through leadership, brand awareness & demand generation.
- Build, execute and optimise lead generation strategies (acquisition, cross-sell) to maximise marketing reach, customer awareness, engagement, conversion, partnerships and retention at various stages.
- Leverage multi-channel marketing across both owned and earned media and amplify through paid and unpaid channels and help build greater brand awareness and market leadership for Affle’s mE.
- Own a multi-channel lead generation pipeline for sales and BD teams. Leverage a range of techniques including email marketing, paid search, linkedin and PPC, etc. to effectively maximize conversion.
- Drive conversions through the creation of propositions with fitment for relevant clients, delivered as high-quality presentations, and case studies.
- Building and updating marketing collateral, case studies, PPTs & data sheets to enable sales teams.
- Candidate is expected to strategize and drive the marketing team to achieve the targets that includes improvisation in online presence (including website design & contentupgrades, SMO channels content
- Develop annual marketing plan for the region designed to create awareness and build pipeline for the Company's solutions and specialized products.
- Identify audience segmentation strategy; recommendation, timing and forecast of results.
- Plan, build and execute campaigns (with content support from the product/product marketing and web ops/content team members) across channels that attract customers.
- Together with the product/product marketing team, identify content needs for campaigns. Configure and build campaign strategy to implement with Marketing Automation.
- Analyze campaign performances to identify trends and insights to optimize lead generation strategy. Develop lead generation success metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization (marketing, sales, product) by effectively communicating results and insights.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends to incorporate into content strategy and development.
- Strong in Excel, PowerPoint skills, problem solving skills, analytical/critical thinking skills, and system mapping process documentation.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant B2B marketing experience (same-industry experience preferable)
- Proven track record in Demand Generation Marketing or equivalent
- Proven experience with Marketing functions, including campaign building, landing pages, etc. Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of the B2B sales funnel
- Revenue-centric marketer with seasoned skills in inbound marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details
- Understanding of WordPress, Hubspot/Salesforce & Zoom webinars will be a plus point Cloud Engineering, Dynamics365, SaaS Survey Platform etc.
