Job Description:

You would lead a team of engineers and help with setting the direction of the team to work on enterprise-class cloud-based web applications for Zscaler. You would be working with various cross-functional departments and would be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of commitments for your team. 

• You would lead a team of software engineers to develop and deliver SaaS-based web applications for Zscaler's premier Network and application security platform using standard and modern UI frameworks
• You would work with Software Architects, Product Managers, and UX designers to prototype, design, develop and enhance UI-based web applications which form the critical user-facing component for zscaler's SaaS-based security software platform called Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
• You would be responsible for growing and managing the team as well as mentoring the team to deliver on the business commitments

Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in managing teams
• Proven record of managing the development of UI based web applications for cloud-scale deployments using Javascript, React.JS, or Angular
• Strong technical background with Javascript and being able to oversee the development of software UI projects based on Javascript technologies
• Proven track record of managing a team of 7 to 12 engineers working on developing UI frontend with Javascript-based frameworks. Experience in managing a team for full full-stacklopment is a plus
•  Experience in working with cross-functional DevOps, Product Management, UX design, QA and ,Support to deliver on the commitments
