Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments :

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of compensation consulting experience managing diverse compensation programs specific to the APAC regions
• Expertise in total rewards and strategy, compensation programming, incentive design, and market analysis
• Effectively able to communicate and engage with key stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong experience in project execution, including but not limited to market benchmarking, job architecture, salary structure design
• High level of analytical skills, including strong use of Excel including v-lookup and pivot tables, and experience dealing with large volumes of data.
• Highly organized - ability to manage across different time zones.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of finance/corporate planning processes and company strategy.

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Review of Total Compensation (base pay, bonus, equity compensation) to assure continued competitiveness of existing compensation practices around the globe
• Review of current salary and grading structures for competitiveness and appropriateness
• Periodic reviews, updating, and administration of all compensation plans and processes to ensure competitiveness and relevance.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for assisting our HR Business Partners with compensation support and queries, providing expert guidance and advice on ad-hoc salary reviews, market competitiveness of current employee compensation, new hire compensation, etc.
• Managing the Year End Compensation process and associated activities including the provision of market data to support the budgeting process, manager communication,n, and HR/Business reporting on progress, spending, and compliance.
