Senior Associate, Marketing Automation

In This Role, You Will:

• Responsible for program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Operations teams to build campaigns that drive demand generation using Marketing automation systems
• Creating and optimizing marketing email and landing page templates that drive sales leads and increase prospect and client engagement, create dynamic templates.
• Support essential initiatives in Marketo and other Technologies like lead nurturing, segmentation, and database optimization
• Maintain and support integrations to our Marketing Automation platform, CRM systems and other Marketing technologies
• Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
• Designing and executing data management programs to bring better alignment between systems
• Building and analyzing reporting to show technical and automation effectiveness and trends

Here's What You Need:

• 1-2 years of experience using a marketing automation tool (Marketo preferred)
• Fair understanding of Marketing automation and demand generation concepts and ability to implement the same using a Marketing Automation software
• Attention to detail, deadlines, and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks, simultaneously
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and future-thinking skills
• Ability to dig in to understand user requirements and expectations, and deliver on them
• Fair understanding of CRM (preferably Salesforce) system and setup
