The Digital Operational Intelligence (DX OI) is Broadcom’s AIOps platform which enables IT operations teams to make smarter, faster decisions for enhancing user experience and improving IT service quality and capacity through cross-domain contextual intelligence. DX Operational Intelligence provides users with comprehensive insights by ingesting and analyzing a diverse data set including metric, topology, text, and log data. The machine learning–driven analytics, along with the out-of-the-box visualization and correlation, helps drive a superior user experience and deliver significant operational efficiencies. DX Operational Intelligence supports on-premise and SaaS deployment models

We're looking for software engineers who are passionate about human-centered design, data-related challenges, finding simple solutions to complex problems, and enjoying working with the latest technologies. Prior experience with AI/ML-based solutions will be a plus.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of engineering or technology (in Computer and Information Science or related field)
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- 4+ years of experience in building large-scale Web Services and Backend Applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, RESTful Web Services, HTTP, and JSON technologies
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure (Docker/K8s/Google Cloud), and microservices architecture is desirable
- knowledge of relational and graph databases and big data solutions like Kafka, Elasticsearch, RocksDB, Hazelcast, etc is desirable
- Familiarity with unit testing and functional testing tools – Junit, Selenium, Cucumber, etc
- Working experience in an Agile environment and geographically distributed teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
