Job Description
As a Program Manager II, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with leadership team to understand and design programs to improve business operations.
- Developing program plans, charters, detailed work breakdown structures, communication plans and risk management.
- Communicating program status, actions, and areas of risk with stakeholders effectively.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration with the program teams while cultivating partnerships with DSP and program stakeholders.
- Partnering with DSP leadership and peers to utilize best-practices, track initiatives and measure success and outcomes.

- Experience in project management in a cross functional/technical team and a relevant Bachelor's Degree.
- Have good understanding of services environments and processes
- Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Demonstrate experience with Program Management tools and processes such as project plans, charters, problem statements, and OCM.
