Job Description
Job Requirements:
• Proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and who is excited to take on new, undefined product and bring it market
• Must be customer-focused with a passion for the cloud and information technology, storage background preferred
• 5+ years in software or cloud product management
• Candidate must have exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams projects
• 7+ years of experience in software, or cloud technology company
• Creating the product strategy Support Services offerings with special attention to the unique needs all segments of NetApp customers
• Managing the support product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
• Responsible for the go-to-market and launch for new offerings, working to ensure that sales, and the partner have what they need to be successful
• Establishing goals and reviewing metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success
• Developing support pricing strategies that meets customer TCO desire and make NetApp successful
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into a practical product roadmap with firsthand experience from incubation to delivery
• Was responsible for support pricing strategy, cloud experience preferred
• Operational expertise with hyperscalers
• Strong collaboration, influence, and negotiation skills to align the organization around prioritization and delivery planned projects/products
• Exceptional time management skills to effectively juggle multiple demanding priorities
Education:
Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or any master’s degree
