Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


● Bring strategic product thinking based on user needs and business goals into your design work.

● Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to simplify complex problems into fun and easy-to-use experiences

● Explore multiple design solutions through wireframes and prototypes that work across app & web 1 Craft designs that work within and continue to expand and refine our design system

● Deliver clear and polished final design specs to our development team

● Play an integral part in growing the design team at Navi.


Experience and Requirements:


● 5+ years experience in Product Design.

● Experience in designing features for iOS, Android, and the web.

● Experience in building, maintaining, and loving a component-based design system.

● Deep understanding of UX research practices and how to bring user insights into design solutions. Strong balance of both visual and user experience design skills.

● Excellent personal organizational, communication, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.

● Excellent leadership skills plus a capacity for continual learning and a strong desire to grow a team and others around you.
