Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Product Managers, Data engineers,s and Data Analysts focused on data analytics, data visualization,n, and insights generation.
- Build a deep understanding of the Microsoft Security business, technology, and customers
- Create a high-performing team culture that values individual growth and continuous learning
- Ensure data quality and compliance.
- Oversee implementation of data models, data pipelines, data storage, management, and transformation solutions.
- Partner with teams across Microsoft & within the Security division to drive customer opportunities and revenue growth.
- Manage executive-level audiences to drive goal completion.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic contributions to shape a strong Customer First organizational culture focused on quality products
- Engage deeply with Customers and the Engineering team to drive change, identify gaps, and synthesize feedback to recommend product, tooling,g, and/or documentation solutions.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of Engineering, Technical Program, and/or Product management experience
- 3+ years of leading diverse teams of product/program managers
- Demonstrated passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Prior experience managing an engineering team
- Experience with delivering programs/projects with diverse engineering/division/geographies
- Excellence in strategic thinking, leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence without authority.
- Strong technical background in security, compliance, and identity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Success in an engineering or data PM role delivering high-scale online or cloud services
- BS/BA degree, MS preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Experience with big data platforms and technologies
- Excellent data visualization skills to be able to present insights that drive business impact
- Knowledge of Machine Learning/Predictive modeling is a significant plus
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Strong track record of self-directed execution
- Strong Teamwork and Collaboration Skills.
- Experience in Security, Compliance, and Identity is a plus
