Qualifications Required:

• 15+ years of experience with a proven track record of successfully managing results-oriented R&D teams shipping customer-facing solutions
• Experience managing large teams and managing multiple managers-of-managers.
• Excellent, cross-group communication and Issue management skills 
• Experience working in the protection / Security industry     
• Solid understanding of attack patterns across identity, endpoint (Windows, Linux, Mac, and mobile), and cloud and SaaS systems
• Experience with security incident response, security forensics/investigation, and threat intelligence
• External speaking experience at security-oriented conferences on threats and protection approaches

Recommended:

• Background in design and implementation of large-scale machine learning/data mining 
• Experience developing or managing detection engineering approaches to threat protection
• Experience delivering technical talks at security conferences including keynotes
• Experience talking to the media on security topics including getting quoted in articles
• Experience running a managed security service
• Experience running a security operations center
