Netsuite Support Engineer

Job Description:

As a member of the Support team, your focus is to deliver IT applications support and solutions to the Arista business users while serving as an advocate for business user needs.You will interface with the different IT application staff teams on a regular basis. You should have strong knowledge of Oracle Netsuite Application along with good troubleshooting and debugging skills . 

Primary Duties:

• You will be expected to work independently.
• You will be expected to manage production issues, prioritize and close to reduce impact to business operations.
• You will be expected to work with the QA and other development teams to provide customer-centric solutions while building a world-class platform to meet the exploding growth of the company and business demands.
• You will be expected to execute and support upcoming Netsuite New Releases.
• You will be expected to maintain Development & Sandbox environments including refreshes from production, applying patches, feature testing etc.
• You will be expected to monitor and manage Integrations with external applications.
• You will be expected to participate in the Netsuite application audits and assessments.
• You will be expected to interact with stakeholders to translate business needs, to input and output requirements and evaluate processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Accounting
• 7 years of industry experience
• At least 4 years of Netsuite experience
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - high attention to detail is crucial
• General understanding of best practices and business processes in Order To Cash, Procure to Pay and Finance Modules
• Basic functional understanding of NetSuite modules in a OneWorld environment such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Electronic Payments, Multi-Book and Currency Translations/Foreign Exchange is necessary
• High-level understanding of SOX, Segregation of Duties, Change Management and Information Technology General Controls
