Your Impact:

• Provide strategic direction and overseeing the execution of machine learning initiatives to address specific business needs.
• Lead and manage a team of Machine Learning Engineers in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and strategize innovative solutions.
• Oversee the collection, preprocessing, and analysis of large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and relationships for training machine learning models.
• Guide the selection and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models, including feature engineering, optimization, and evaluation.
• Ensure the development and maintenance of robust, scalable, and reusable code, with proper version control.
• Establish and enforce MLOps best practices to streamline the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field, with a focus on machine learning or artificial intelligence.
• At least five years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or a related role, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models and implementing MLOps best practices.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Proficiency in developing and executing strategic plans, aligning team and project goals with overall business objectives and priorities.
• Experience in establishing and managing partnerships with technology vendors, service providers, and other external stakeholders to support the delivery. Set Yourself Apart With:
