Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation activities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and solution presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our products or services
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements
- Negotiate and close business deals, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with key stakeholders and promote our company's offerings
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive and resilient attitude to overcome challenges and achieve targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and leverage internal resources to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
