Lead Business Analyst

In This Role, You Will:

• Gather and analyse business requirements to identify automation opportunities

• Conduct process assessments to determine the feasibility of automation

• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into functional

  specifications

• Supporting in developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, and other project

  management artifacts

• Coordinate in user acceptance testing and support the deployment of RPA solutions

• Identify and escalate risks and issues to project stakeholders

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in RPA

• Manage diverse set of stakeholders (internal and external) across departments and

 geographies

• Ability to put structure to ambiguous situations

• Manage communication efficiently and timely

• Consulting stakeholders on best practices and industry benchmarks

• Engage senior leadership through planning and progress reports

• Articulates actionable project tasks

• Identifies potential risks and devises contingency plans

• Follow through on all tasks with diligence

• Get things done overcoming cross department dependencies

Here's What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience as an RPA Business Analyst

• Experience in RPA automation is must; UiPath preferred

• Knowledge of Agile development methodology

• Understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma

• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio/Lucid

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
