Work Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Desired Experience: 10 – 13 Years
Education Criteria: Bachelors degree / or Post Graduate in Human Resource (Preferred)
Shift: Should be flexible with night & rotational shift.
Job Description:
1. Experience in Leading teams managing Tier 1 HR helpdesk for UK, Europe or US Employees;
2. Good understanding of Quality Methodology and tools. Should be able to drive improvement plan;
3. Good understanding of Service level agreements and contractual compliance requirements
