Facility management:

• Responsible for facility Maintenance and upkeep Total no of complaints resolved should be equal to or less than 24hrs vs the Total no of complaints raised Safety & Security - CCTV/Security
• Service/Asset/Fire safety/Bio Metric/Building safety & Etc.
• Need to facilitate the development and define events, goals, and deliverables that support business
• goals in collaboration with the Admin Manager and HR.

Vendor management:

• Maintained vendor database, updated vendor trackers regularly, and developed vendors when required.
• Follow up on PO, inward/outward process (GRN), and ensure timely process of vendor payment as per
• the ongoing process.

General procurement:

• Office general procurement coordination, quality check on the products/services, vendor liaison,
• re-validate VRF, and Renewal of service agreements on a timely basis.
• Inventory management:
• Coordination with the courier partner to check the laptop dispatches and recovery status.
• Regular follow-up with employees to arrange the pickup.
• Maintaining the HK and stationery and office consumables.
• Maintaining stock reports of office needs.

Event management:

• Coordination with event organizers throughout the event to ensure smooth operation.
• Should be flexible in timings and work as per Admin guidelines.
